PSA: If you’re ever in Wichita and need new tires, avoid Firestone on 21st and Maize. They’ll somehow mess up your stereo (?!?!), tell you they can’t get it in until Thursday (when you’re already out of town) and that you need to “see it from their point of view”, so I’m essentially out of luck... ridiculously poor customer service.

RecommendedGreat customer service! The people at this location have always been extremely honest and fair with our family's vehicles. I took my car in to get an oil leak checked; the drain plug ended up needing to be tightened. I expected to pay at least something, but they didn't charge me anything! Thank you! Your work and customer service is appreciated!
