This is the longest I have ever waited for an oil change! Three people ahead of me were also there for an oil change and they waited for almost 3 hours. My appointment was at 3:30pm and guess what! It's almost 5 and they haven't looked at my car yet. Not even close.
They lie and say they fix your car but just pocket the money! Was told my water pump was replaced a year later it exploded and found out it was still the manufacture one! They never replaced it! When confronted they shrugged there shoulders. Then recently they had my dads truck for 3 days then they told him that Aaron refused to work on it!!! Wouldn’t give a reason why. So DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS UOU WANNA BE RIPPED OFF!!

The worst customer service from the sales associate who has zero people skills when it comes to that customer service.! The technicians seem undereducated on their profession and I had to take my car to a different shop for them to fix the problem that Firestone technicians created!
I didn't have to wait since I was dropping my car off... My car drives so smoothly now �
Honestly there's no point in making an appointment. Whether you have one or not you will be waiting a ridiculous amount of time for your vehicle to even be looked at.
