I’ve been taking my vehicle to Firestone on Babcock And have always been happy. They have been professional but friendly even when I ask non-specific questions about something I hear or my vehicle is doing. They work quickly and I love they always check my vehicle over since there isn’t a state inspection. Highly recommend!

FUCK YOU PIECES OF SHIT TELL ME TO BRING MY CAR IN AND THEN DENY TO LOOK AT IT UNTIL THE NEXT DAY ASSHOLES
I had my breaks done on my car two months ago and my break light came on two weeks ago. I brought it back in and they fixed it. I also had my A/C done a year ago and had to bring it back in 2 month later because of A/C leak in the tube, I'm not happy that I had to bring my car back on two separate times. They fixed both the problems for free but it shouldn't have to bring my car back on a service they had done.
I've always trusted these guys. This time they tried to sneak in the road hazard insurance without asking me if I wanted it or not. $107 make sure you look over the charges prior to paying!
I was in a huge bind yesterday. The gentlemen working took care of me with kindness and respect. The counter man went above and beyond. I am grateful for the assistance i received. Top notch customer service.
Great service, great price. Bought the tires and made the appointment online. There was a price difference once I checked in, I did not choose the road hazard coverage when I bought and the price at the location had it added in. I was offered it again and said no. The price was then the same as what I ordered. I was advised I need an alignment, but $ wise it has to wait a bit. I will be going back for it and any other tire related purchases or services needed. I highly recommend
