Went in for an alignment today and the before and after sheet is identical. Still need an alignment. I also paid for an inpection and I get feeling they simply checked the box and didnt even look at the car. I know my car is unstable over bumps, but they didnt seem to want to work or find any issues. Wasted 1.5hrs and need to find somewhere else to go.

This morning I made an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and wheel alignment at the Melbourne Babcock location for 10AM. When I arrived at location, the man working there before I even said what I was doing there greeted me strangely. I did not get his name, so forgive me for my description.
