The service I have received here the last few visits at Firestone has been great. They have helped me look into multiple issues, whether minor or not. The staff is super friendly, helpful and willing to work with finding the most affordable option for repair. I will be using this location going forward.
I'd give them a 0 if I could! Will never take my vehicle there again and will make sure everyone I know won't either!
