Great staff. Staff very knowledgeable about which tires you need on your truck. Saved my day
I made an appointment for an oil change, showed up to check in 10 minutes early. it took them one hour and 45 minutes from my appointment time to finish my oil change. I wasn't told at check in that it would take longer than normal. I had to ask about the status of my vehicle twice and was told "it's being worked on". No apologies or any type of compensation. I will never go here for any type of auto care. 0/10 do not recommend.
So this happened to my sister as well! They charged her wrong! Didn't tell me how much to replace my headlight. I left and looked at my receipt expecting $20 to $25! Instead it was $55! To replace one headlight I could've done myself but it was so cold out! What the heck are you doing to my car to make $40 in 5 minutes!?
Honest fast service. There’s not really more you can ask out of your mechanic. I’ve been taken care of each time I’ve had an issue. Quick and courteous. Five stars for sure.
Very grateful for the honesty and integrity of the group of men working today. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs auto work done without feeling like you are being taken advantage of. They didn't try to upsell me things I didn't need and were straight forward on severity of recommended maintenance and took the time to answer all my questions. They have a new regular customer in me! Thank you for your honest work ethic, very much appreciated.
I was recently at Firestone in West Fargo, and a customer was being pushy that he brought in 2 vehicles to get fixed, and wanted to use the coupons for both vehicles, the employees stayed very professional, and helped the customer to their best abilities. Even though the customer was only allowed to use the coupons on only one vehicle at a time.
Great service! Thoroughly checked everything and wasn't pushy to buy any extras like some places. Very happy with my service!
I want to thank Zac and the team for going above and beyond to help us out with our tires very much appreciate to find there's this kind of customer service out there. Thanks Duane & Terri.
