I don't recommend Firestone, because after an alignment on my vehicle, I now hear a clunking noise when I drive, and they refused to fit me in soon and instead want to make me wait a week. I'll send you the bill for repairs if it falls apart.

RecommendedI worked with them through an online service. The team was excellent, the service was great and they were very accommodating.
We were heading to Fargo for a quick visit with family on our way home to Texas. A few miles outside of town, our check engine light started flashing. Made it to our hotel and looked for a place to take the truck the next morning. Firestone was the only repair shop open (it was Sunday). We called and explained our predicament and Adam was amazing - got us in and out and on the road by 4:00 pm even though they were super busy. Very impressed with the level of professionalism and service!

They were friendly and professional. Price was good as well.
Had scheduled appt. Got there 1/2 hr early, after sitting for 1/2 hr past appt time, I asked about it. They then got it in. So much for having appt. May as well go to Jiffy Lube.

Zach and all of his staff were amazing in taking care of all of our needs. They found the best price and made sure everything was taken care of before we picked up our vehicle.
Last minute tire trouble. Turned away from another store. These guys jumped rite up and took good care of me and an awesome price and service. Thank you to the west Fargo firestone crew. I will be back
