Took my vehicle in for an oil change, they did not inspect the oil filter or pan for leaks before sending my wife and kids down the road. Needless to say filter leaked oil everywhere and they will do nothing to make it right. My car was bone dry, corporate sent a “third party” to look over the car and brush all wrong doing under the rug! 3 months later they tell me decision is final unless I spend more money to have another inspection to prove otherwise. Way to go Firestone we waited in your parking lot for 20 minutes AFTER your were suppose to after and still not open. You lost our business!!
Took my sons car in for a simple flat repair. Dropped car off at 11am he just text me at 645pm saying they are still working on it. For a flat repair, 8hrs i can not wait till discount tire gets the council bluffs store built. Never takes more than an hour at thier stores.
It was great. It was late and I needed a new battery and they made sure it got taken care of. So appreciated it.
