I was there August 16 for a oil change and tire rotation for tires that I purchased there in February. I was told I didn’t pay for extra warranty so I had to pay 19.99 for tire care. Then after oil change and bumper to bumper inspection. Firestone tells me that my inner rear ti-rods are bad. So I got a second opinion. And guess what my car doesn’t even have rear inner ti-rods. So how much to fix this imaginary part? I’m very pissed off 😡
RecommendedI ran over a piece of metal late afternoon Saturday and it ruined my tire. I needed an immediate appointment for Sunday. I called several places and everyone was either closed or booked. I talked to Jim and he said they would fit me in. I arrived at 11:30 and was out by noon. So grateful for the friendly service and the quick work!

I was having a tire issue on Sunday after church. I called Firestone to see if they would have time to look at it without having an appointment & the guy said once I got there it probably would be about an hour and a half total, meaning waiting for it to be looked at,worked on, as they would try to squeeze me in between appointments & the people that were already ahead of me, so I didn't think that was so bad so I get there get checked in very friendly staff & only had to wait an hour total.
