I dropped off my vehicle after scheduling an appointment for 2 services and a state inspection. I was told before that state inspections are first come, first serve. Which I get. The tech quoted me a couple hours since they had a couple in front of me, so I told them that was okay. I went ahead and left to do other things with my day. I drove past the Firestone multiple times and my vehicle sat for hours before moving into the shop. Friendly and welcoming Staff! Did an amazing job, even though I basically walked in and in so much anxiety of how to fix my car tire before driving about 100miles back. It took me a few auto shop before getting to Firestone and they were the only one who was nice and welcoming. Did not outright say we are swamped or I understand but you gotta wait tomorrow. Update July 2025 Firestone had gotten better. But have gone back the other way. Spent 5 hours waiting for an oil change and state inspection. Was told midmorning at 7am 12 pm I ask for an update and the young lady working the counter was beyond rude. Told one customer who asked questions was told he could go to another shop. Told me that's why they don't suggest waiting and laughed in my face.
