I brought my car in for an inspection. The car has 18,000 miles on it. It is in perfect condition. Firestone failed it because they said I needed shocks. Unbelievable. I brought my car to another mechanic and they told me my car was in excellent condition and passed it. They also told me that my Firestone complaint was not the first one they have heard. Consumer beware.....

So mad at this location right now. Reluctant to cover lifetime parts under warranty and charging triple the price for parts online. Also wanting me to replace tires at 50% tread worn by defective lifetime parts. I'll start going back to the dealer.

Took my vehicle in for an inspection. Failed for ball joints and then was told I need new spark plugs. Funny how I had the spark plugs replaced not 24 hours before.(note that spark plugs and installation cost rougly $500)
