only place I've EVER been to with a appointment and I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment and I'm still sitting with my car not being moved 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment......why are we REALLY making appointments or scheduling appointments if your gonna be in line with everyone that hasn't made a appointment. I'll NEVER return to this location and most definitely will inform my friends and family to keep it moving past this place!!!!!!
