I’ve had my oil changed in the same 2012 Camry since 2013 and the cost was always under $70.00. Today they charged me $98.00. I’m done with them.
Great shop. Steve Daugherty was able to fit us into on a Sunday and repair our "run flat" tire. Very appreciative to him and his staff.

Getting my tires done was a great experience. Andrew was very knowledgeable and personable.
I took my car in to get a tire plugged and was told that all of my fluid levels would be checked and if need be would be topped off. After leaving Firestone I went to hit my windshield washer button to wash my window and it was empty, no washer fluid. When I got home with my windshield washer fluid being empty I checked my oil and my coolant levels my car. It was a quart low in oil and I had to add almost a gallon of coolant. I am not a happy customer and needless to say I will not be a repeat customer!!!!!

They do work that is not listed on the contract that they did not inform you they was doing neither did they inform my insurance adjuster. NOW they want me to pay for it. I’ve been waiting on corporate to give me a call back for six days now and I yet to receive a call. I’ve never experience this foolishness in my life...

I should have listened to the reviews prior to going to this place. Worst customer service AND tire mounting service ever. I bought 4 new Bridgestone tires from this place on 2/14. On 2/16 I was driving down the interstate and hit a SMALL lip on the road (going over a bridge) and my whole tire came off of the wheel and caused my wheel to crack in half.
