I was the first one there when they opened. I had an 8 o’clock appointment. They waited until 8:45 to start installing tires on my truck. 902 dollars. Then they said I needed work on my front end, on a Nissan Truck with less than 38,000 miles. They copped an attitude and got rude when I said I would have to wait on the front end work, because I had to go to work in the afternoon and didn’t have time to wait. Had a blowout while traveling back from vacation. Four hundred miles from my destination. Did not trust the doughnut tire. The guys at Firestone took care of me and had me on my way in no time. They did a great job.
They have been taking care of my car for years and I truly appreciate their attention to my cars needs in such a professional manner.
Completely impressed with this place and the entire staff! I've spent a lot of money and time here recently buying tires for multiple vehicles and they continue to go above and beyond to help me! Thank you to the entire staff for all that you do, great service makes a huge difference and I couldn't have asked for better!!
