Very unprofessional they refuse to work on my vehicle because it was under warranty it they wasn’t getting paid
The manager DeAdrian always takes care of my needs. The atmosphere is always clean when I have to wait for my car. I only visit this location to have my vehicles serviced.
I came to Firestone on a Wednesday evening to get a quote for some tires. Anthony is the gentleman that helped me. He gave me the good/better/best options and informed me of a tire sale that was starting the following day. I appreciated that info as who wants to spend any more money on car maintenance than we have to? I scheduled my work for Saturday morning at 10. I had extensive damage to my car's right passenger side rear wheel caused by an apparent attempted tire theft that resulted in multiple problems with the rim, tire studs and wheel assembly. It is my only car. DeAdrian, the service manager in Homewood, handles all my car repairs, jumped right in, got ALL the damage identified, repairs done immediately and properly and got me safely and affordably back on the road MUCH faster than any of your competitors could have.
