Took my suv for an Alignment and they said they wouldn’t. Becouse I Needed wheel bearings. And now My front end making Pops when I turn didn’t do that before I took it to them In Kingston pike

This place is one of the most unprofessional and poorly managed businesses I have ever delt with. Absolutely shocked they’re still open. BEWARE!
I have had many issues with this Firestone in the past. Last summer I went in to get my tires replaced and they put a tire on wrong because two days later I woke up to a flat and I had to pay for a tow truck to have the tire fixed. In my experience Firestone has always had issues with over charging, poor mechanics and just plain awful customer service, however this past experience of mine takes the cake. Awesome experience! I came home from vacation to find my driver's side tire was completely flat and both break lights were out. Kevin at firestone helped me arrange a tow and even though my car didn't get there until 530 pm (without an appointment) they replaced both front tires, fixed my break lights and did an oil change so that I could have my car back before the end of the night. This is my second amazing experience at firestone and I can't say enough how awesome these guys are!!
