They are not honest people and will rip you off if you let them.
One of the employees of this establishment stole $200 from my friend's center console, while they were supposed to be working on her car. The manager basically told her "Oh well," and didn't even try to get to the bottom of it. If those are the type of people he wants on his crew, I will not be returning. Awful customer service on their part.
I called ahead and ordered my tire. They called the next day to say my tire arrived and scheduled my appointment. My appointment was for 1pm the next and I was out by 1:20pm! Thank y'all!!
Came in for a nail in the tire, apparently that is a 2 hour job. Definitely would not recommend.
Fast and reliable, been using Firestone since 70's
I would not recommend this Firestone and I've been going to Firestone all of my life. The car needed the AC fixed. 2 grand spent for a compressor and other AC work. Car came back with tears and scratches on the interior, dirt everywhere, and dashboard bulging near the air bag. Not sure if this was incompetence or laziness but it's unsatisfactory. The car was there for 3 days and we were supposed to get a call back yesterday about resolving these issues; no call. Today realized gas tank/trunk unable to open from the pull hand... read more
