I had to give a 1star or else it would of been a 0. Brought my car in for a 10 am appointment. The guy at the desk said 45minutes to a hour. I returned almost 3hours later and he tells me they didn't bring it into the bay yet I told him I had a appointment why hasn't been done yet? His response they don't go by appointments. I can take my vehicle to another location. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT!!!
I came in for brake light replacements. I felt I was being overcharged & declined further service. The worker, showed me my used brake lightbulbs indicating he had removed them from my vehicle already & asked if I’d like for him to put them back. I responded “No thank you, please leave them out since they are blown out. I paid a service fee for the effort which is understandable and exited.
