This place is absolutely terrible customer service, they denied my inspection after me waiting there for two hours over windshield wipers. I have a brand new lease Jeep vehicle, my car does not need windshield wipers. They would not give me my inspection and sent me on my way.
I had 2 other appointments for shocks once have cancelled half hour before and the next place cancelled 15 minutes before, I called Firestone and they asked when I can get there, they have me an estimate before they began, fixed a mistake they did for free, was very pleasant and the manager on duty changed my whole attitude, I may have left with less money but I'm confident the mechanic did a good job and peace of mind is priceless when you have to get grandsons around in winter weather, they will get return business
Everytime I take it in it costs crazy money. Even for the smallest things. I like how they fix it but not for the price. These places are robbery.
Provided assistance when it has been needed the most! I asked for a date and time to be able to wait for my requested maintenance but not be waiting in the lobby all day. I think I was there about 1.5 hours. I had full pip change, wheel alignment and sensor check, tire rotation and recommended maintenance of fuel system cleaning system. I was told it is best done yearly but that is really see a difference in gas mileage, I swear I already do and it’s been just a couple days.
