Excellent customer service! We were from out of state and having an issue with our car. They went above and beyond to figure out the issue. They gave us the options to fix the issue and was honest and not trying to over sell services. Thank you for being there for us in a time of need. Would highly recommend this place!

I was able to get an appointment quickly. I booked on-line and Firestone was ready for me when I arrived. We discussed what services I needed, and they called when their inspection revealed other services I might need. Communication was good; everyone was friendly, and they were direct and clear in their report. I intend to return to this Firestone location for routine service with my car.
