7/27/25 Brandon was not professional. We came in to repair a damage tire under warranty. Brandon was instructed to purchase 2 tires to match the rear since they insist its awd staggered set. 7/28/25 We picked it up with only 1 tire replaced but Brandon wasn’t there upon pickup. Absolutely need training. The amount of inconvenience we experienced. Terrible location.

I was told that the issue was the battery. When I picked up my car 2 days later there was items missing from the car. Around $500 worth the items. I had to ask the manager to have the store manager file a police report. On top of this the issue continued and now I need to get the fuel pump replaced. I have been going to this place for about 10 years and I have never been so unsatisfied.

Service representatives, Bull and Brandon, where very helpful in selecting the best tires for my van. Walked me through my invoice and full car inspection results. Bought all four tires with a good price and fast service.
