Not even 1 month with a set of new Firestone tires. All they can do for me is discount 20 dollars out off each tire. I’m just simply afraid to have them on my truck after one blew out on the freeway.

I used to love this place but since Rusty is no longer the manager the service has gone down hill. Made an appointment today for 1 p.m. I dropped it off and they said it would be a "couple of hours" at 12:45. I told them I absolutely had to have my car by 4:30. Should be no problem, right? At 5:00 I am still waiting. They are friendly and have apologized about being short staffed but this is the 3rd chance and always an excuse.
Awesome customer service, I called in at 6:15, they close at seven. They could’ve been ugly and negative about having to fix my car, because it was a free tire, but they were awesome! Very professional, very friendly
Excellent staff, they genuinely care and treat you right. I will drive out of my way to have my truck serviced at this Firestone.

I don't want to write a negative review, but i was not very satisfied. The customer service was good,very happy and friendly. My issue was: I had made an appointment for 2:00 I got there at 1:30 In case they had time, my truck would be available. They did not pull my truck in till 3:00 and finished at 3:30. I was frustrated because i failed to ask how long it would take, but i also think they should have told me. Don't get me wrong the price was very fair and they were super friendly. My fault. �
I have to give them 5 stars for their customer service today! Our family was traveling across the country heading to San Antonio, Tx when we experienced car trouble on I-35. We managed to get the car to Firestone. They helped us arrange a rental and the GM had an employee drive my husband to the airport to pickup the car on Labor day weekend preventing our family from being stranded 4 hours from our new home. Kudos DeSoto Firestone!!!
