I live over an hour away, and on a Sunday the tire pressure indicator went off. In an hour and a half, without an appointment, they got the problem diagnosed and fixed...and even reset the pressure indicator. It was all of $32 and I am delighted with the device I received.
Greaaaaat service! Honest prices... very polite. I was greeted and taken care of immediately. Appointment was as scheduled. ... no complaints. Worth the Extra drive.... the North Ave location is Terrible!
Got a flat tire...first was on the phone with the emergency roadside number for a good 45 minutes. Then was told since i was parked in a parking structure at work that i either had to drive on my flat tire out of the structure or cancel the tow which i would still get charged for. The towing company was rude as hell. Dropped my car off in back of the building and left the key in the ignition instead of bringing it in like they were supposed to.
