We bought some tires from Tire Rack and found out that Firestone is an authorized installer. They told us over the phone it would take a hour and a half to mount and balance. Said the same when I brought the vehicle in. It took a half hour to get done and didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. Best experience I've had at an auto repair shop.
Went in for tires got a great deal also got an oil change and front end alignment
