This Firestone location is awesome. I took my car in, without an appointment, for an oil change. I was told it would be about an hour. They had me out of there within 20 minutes. My only complaint is that their Wi-Fi doesn't work, but when you're only there for 20 minutes it doesn't matter. Keep up the GREAT work guys. You have a loyal customer now. I won't be going anywhere else for my car maintenance and (God forbid) repairs. Thank you!!!!

I broke down on the highway about 600 miles from home this location was 15 miles from where I broke down it was 12:30 in the morning, I got towed to the shop around 2 am they opened up at 8 am I was the first person in there explained to them what I thought was the problem them gentleman behind the counter was very polite and so was the mechanic. The mechanic came out and looked at my truck and showed me that my transmission line popped we helped him push in in the bay he had it there for about 45 minutes test drove it pulle... read more

Worst experience I have ever had with this company. They didn't even bother to check my car for what I brought it in for but check everything else. And broke my wheel stud and tried to say it had already happened. $1600 dollars later and I've been back to this shop more that once. This place won't get anymore of my business.
