Be careful dont write the word firestone they will see it and call you and stock your Facebook fpr mentioning their name
Excellent service and excellent mechanics. I had a problem while on a road trip and they got me in and out in 30 minutes expertly and inexpensively. It was 4:30 in the afternoon and I was back on the road by 5
Stopped in for a new tire, had no appointment, said we would have an hour or so wait. Was out in less than a hour! The only negative thing I would say is they desperately need new guest chairs, the ones there were in very deplorable conditions
Ive waited nearly two hours for an oil change after asking how long. No comuncation and no service. I will never use this Firestone again. I use to like their brand.
