Firestone is a scam.....bought there tires, warranty, road hazard, rotation included ( 2017) and lifetime wheel alignment . May 2018 warranty was voided because I didn't tell them to do complimentary rotation.in Jan... From Sept to February each month I did alignment and rotation... each time told them to do alignment and rotation..... they will call you to sell extra service (oil change in rear dif., wipers replacement etc) but not to ask for rotation because it is free DO NOT GO THERE
Was told it would take an hour and a half to patch a tire, replace a headlight and replace windshield wiper blades (the wiper blades is a five minute job �) we are now going on 2 1/2 hours. And still not done. That’s ridiculous. Will not be back. Should have just said it’s a half day job from the get go instead of wasting my time. The service was so great, I'll be back for all my car needs! I was needing tires on my 2008Honda & Seth gave me a couple of recommendations. I bought the Firehawks & now I feel like I'm driving a new car! Seth jumped right in the car with me so he could hear the loud noises I was hearing from wheels/ tires. Now that's service! Thanks Seth!
Great great customer service!!! I won't go anywhere else to get service on my tires!!!
Brakes were squeaking on my truck. I expected it needed new brakes and possibly rotors turned. These guys explained it was likely just debris and the breaks are fine. No charge for the inspection. Top-notch crew and they have earned my business from here on out.
