place is a joke, problems everytime I go there. dropped my truck off for an alignment that I scheduled an appointment for came back three hours later and still haven't even touched it. Then the service mgr tries to tell me that no one has gone in front of me when I was the third person there that morning and when I got back the shop was full of cars. this store is a disgrace to what the quote about honesty had there, I prefer the one in Pleasant Grove — in Rogers, Arkansas.
Not all heroes wear capes! These guys came through big time and saved the day for me and my 4 kids. My husband was out of town, I had some extreme tire drama, and I was worried I would not be able to pick up my kids from practice on time or even get home. Despite the fact that I showed up shortly before closing, the nice gentlemen at Firestone got me fixed up with a new tire ASAP. Great service and very helpful!

I called ahead to ensure they provide the service I needed but was not told I needed to make an appointment was not told I needed to bring certain forms or paperwork in and was given the wrong price for the service I was requesting. I was told it takes 10 to 30 minutes and was there for over 3 hours.
I see a lot of mixed reviews here, but i’ll tell it like i saw it. I called 30 minutes b4 they closed on Saturday evening. Had a screw in my tire & noticed it while making final preparations for a long road trip. Nicole got me in right away and although the screw didn’t puncture the tire, the crew took the tire off & checked it out for me. Peace of mind is a valuable thing!
