Huge shoutout to Jordan at Firestone for a seamless experience replacing two of my tires. He explained everything clearly without any pressure, finished the work right on time, and was great to work with. Will definitely be coming back here for future needs.
I had a great experience at this Firestone location getting two tires replaced. Jordan was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process—he was professional, communicative, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. It’s tough finding an auto shop you can fully trust, but Jordan and the team earned my confidence. Highly recommend asking for him if you need service!
