Absolutely insane that the MNGR ERIC scheduled an appointment for something that THANKS to ALVIN & H took care of in 2 seconds. It’s ridiculous that ERIC/MNGR would not attend to a matter that was simply resolved… 👎🏽 to him & ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️to ALVIN for his experience & quick resolution & H for attending to the 2 sec issue.. Customer Satisfaction from them not the MNGR👎🏽.
The manager and Nila got me in and out for a tire replacement. Felt like a NASCAR pit crew. Amazing service thank you
I had issues with starting my 2003 Nissan 350Z in the mornings. I could hear the fuel injections when I turned the ignition key but my car would not start. I called Firestone to spoke with the manager & give a brief description of the problem and let him know that my car would be towed to the store. He assured me that my car would be evaluated immediately upon receipt for the problem and I would be notified and advised of a recommendation of the repairs and costs.
