Quest customer service ever was told my tires will be next and had me wait over an hour just to tell me my tires won’t be here for another 2 hours could’ve been a lot better if there was real communication

I initially went to do a wheel alignment, however, I ended up requesting a diagnostic check instead. The staff were very informative about everything I needed to change and/or fix. They did not make a fuss about my change of mind from doing the wheel alignment to just getting a diagnostic check. Exceptional service
