Excellent service from Eric at Firestone! He did my alignment quickly and efficiently, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Super professional and friendly—highly recommend!
This Firestone shop is amazing! I love how they can fix my car and then provide a live action thriller of a bank robbery at the same time! Just kidding but seriously staff is super friendly, offer reasonable pricing, and the store manager is very engaging to make sure you understand what is being done with your car.
The staff was very kind and attentive. My car broke down and I decided to tow it there. Nila at the front desk gave great customer service and was very nice about it. The mechanics were thorough and even gave me affordable options to fix my problem.
It's hard to find someone you can trust for service, but Eric and his team have always been great!
