Everyone at this location is very helpful.... never ever had a problem at Firestone at Riverside Dr., Nathan and the whole team are very professional .......they always do what they can to fit me in and get me out as fast as possible so I can go to work.....they are AWESOME and friendly at this location
Great service. Good experience. Very happy with my visit here.
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I made an appointment for 4:00 for an oil change and tire rotation. At 5:45, they still had not even started. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!
Awesome service and customer assistance! Will definitely use them again!
The best customer service, will definitely go back for my next oil change!!!!
Awesome service! They completely redone the service on my car for FREE after the Firestone on Wilma Rudolph screwed me. With service like that, I'll ALWAYS be a customer!
