Everyone at this location is very helpful.... never ever had a problem at Firestone at Riverside Dr., Nathan and the whole team are very professional .......they always do what they can to fit me in and get me out as fast as possible so I can go to work.....they are AWESOME and friendly at this location

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I made an appointment for 4:00 for an oil change and tire rotation. At 5:45, they still had not even started. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!
