I made an appointment online and they refused to honor it. Telling me after 10 am they stop taking in cars yet they are making appointments online. terrible buisness practice. even when I explained I had cords showing on my tires all the way round on both my back tires.

about a week ago the brakes on my car stopped working. I took it to Firestone on Riverside , let them know what the problem was and then waited 3 hours for them to fix the problem. when I got the car back and got halfway down the road I realized that the brakes had not been fixed as the mechanic assured me that they were. I called them back to explain to them what the problem was and again they very competently said that they had fixed the problem. that the mechanic who worked on the car I felt no issue in the brakes. mind y... read more
