I bought tires for both my cars there. The price was competitive, but they cross threaded one lug and over toured another lug, and it broke off. On a four lug hub, not good. Then my wife had a flat, and we had to twist off the lug to get the tire off. We had to spend hour waiting on them to fix the broken lugs, each time. I am looking for a national chain that I can depend on. Anyone have any suggestions?
I think they tell u things that are wrong with your truck thats not. I went there cause they was a rattling in my wheel. Well they say it be 800 plus dollars. I tell them i come back tomorrow to get it fixed. I was gonna go to joeys tire and get a second opinion. Because they reasonable. Well when i leave firestone the rattling not there nomore. So i think they fix the problem thinging I'm gonna pay 800. And i think it was a minor problem.
This place is a joke. They are always trying to rip you off. Dont go there! They lost my business for good and im going to spread the word!
I went in cause my oil change people told me my rear end was out of alignment. I had never heard of that and my car is 2014. So I took it to Firestone unsure what was work. The firstone guy explained what was wrong and he went out to look at me car. It was a quick fix, but it had me scated to death. Firestone took the time to explain to me what it entailed and that it was a quick fix.
They got me in & out bc they knew I was traveling.... (Nail in rental car tire)
Everyone in there is so helpful and respectful. Very customer-focused.
