I drove to this shop for a wheel alignment and was told to come an hour later and I would be up next. When I showed up for my appointed time, my car didn't get pulled in for another hour!!! What's the point of making an appointment when I still have to wait, and throw off my plan!!!??? Ridiculous!!!
