If I could give this store zero stars I would. Purchased a $230 dollar tire, walked out to leave after paying and noticed that the tire installed was a completely different model than the other three on my truck. Pointed it out to the manager and technician (who looked like they were still in high school) and they both laughed at it like it was no big deal. I had my vehicle inspected and got a oil change. first off, the oil change was bogus, I have the same oil filter as before and they made my oil LOWER than it was before. as far as the inspection, they claimed my engine had nothing wrong with it, so I'm wondering why my engine would have stalled out if there was "nothing wrong with it". this particular store (northwoods blvd in north Charleston) is an absolute joke. it took me 4 attempts to even get my appointment honored, and this is the type of work they do. Yeah guy name James tried to discredit me working on aircraft last night and charged me 1150$ for a water pump and thermostat housing but I said whatever right well got home noticed the car over heating and checked and he didn’t put any coolant in my vehicle I should be the one asking him if he works in billing or maintenance
Nothing aggravates me more than businesses that refuse service before their posted closing time. If you’re open until 7pm but don’t want to take customers after 6pm why even say your open an extra hour. Do better!
Forgot to put the oil cap on our 2017 Nissan Rouge and we are stranded on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck. 91 degrees out and we have a 2 year old. Going to have to ride with tow truck with no car seat. Thanks Firestone.
This shop tried to charge my teenage daughter $98.03 to change a headlight, for which she had already purchased the bulb! Shame on you for trying to take advantage. If you don't want our business, just tell us so!
