I had an appointment for an inspection and waited over 3 hours. I never received an explanation or apology for the delay. What is the purpose of an appointment if its holds no priority.
Trying all the up-sale tactics halarious.
I would not recommend this location for any services. Multiple times I’ve been told I need parts or services that I did not. I was scheduled for an oil change at 9:00am. I dropped my car off around 8:15 and let the front person know that I needed it by 1:00. I was told it would be done before then. I came to pick up my car around 12:45 and my car was still up getting an oil change. I was told that I needed new tires which I was scheduled to get done the next day elsewhere and back brakes because according to the mechanic the... read more
I drove to PA from Florida and half way through my trip my Jeep decided to do the death wobble so severely I wasn't sure I was going to make it to my destination. By the time I got to PA I was frazzled to say the least. I called Firestone and spoke with Ammie. She was so helpful, kind and very empathetic to my needs and situation and she immediately got me in that day!
