Went in for an annual vehicle inspection service. Amy and Roy were absolutely wonderful to deal with and I’ll be coming back In the future for things required with my vehicle.
Took my 2005 Dakota to get my A/C checked at the a/c experts. I was took my compressor was bad and quoted $1,043. I took it to a different company and paid $60. It works perfectly and as cold as ice.
Scheduled an appointment about 10 days out and when I got there they told me that they couldn't do my inspection due to the fact that they transferred the emissions guy to another store , so I drove there 45 mins away to find out that they didn't have the courtesy of even calling me ....... then I found out that there either emissions or inspection was suspended so why was I not called ???????? Straight forward inspection of my MB E320 CDI. Shaun & crew were very thorough and discussed inspection guidelines with me. Nothing needed. I had an 8 :00 AM appointment and I was right in. One very positive with Firestone is the maintenance record travels with you no matter what store you visit. They all honor each others work.
