Amy the store manager was very courteous and handled all of our questions with great care and efficiency. There are many firestones in PA, but this is the only store we choose to go to. Because of her outstanding service. Amy has taken care of us for many years.

Worst autoshop in the area. Made appointment 2 times and both were canceled due to staffing issues
I would not even give them a star anymore. They totally screwed me over with maintenance on my vehicle. I go in to have thermostat replaced because I have no cabin heat and when I get it back my temp gauge was going all over the place. Took it back and they said the radiator was bad and replaced it and gave it back to me with the same problem. Had the radiator tested by a radiator shop and there was nothing wrong with it.
