The clerk was very knowledgeable about my vehicle need, and the store manager made other recommendations for additional services that my vehicle may needed.
You guys need to give value to customers time and do things proper. You people don’t even have minimum respect to customers time and money.
Im a bit upset. I got an oil change from here and had tires rotated. But my initial reason for coming was I hit a pothole causing my tire to go low. They pumped the tire up and told me I was good to go. Also they did do the oil change they charged me for the oil change but never gave me a sticker telling me when my next change was due. This was when my troubles began. Shortly later the same tire was low. Almost 10 psi below what it was supposed to be. Tim and team are so awesome! Excellent service and care and will definitely take my car there again.
Staff are excellent. Time promise on time. Say kudos to Tim, Xavier and Julio. I recommend this place for tires and others 5 stars and beyond for me.
