RecommendedI always enjoy the Customer Service at Firestone. Never have any problems with the Company. Very friendly and helpful.
I had a terrible exchange with the store manager. He was extremely rude to me and explicitly stated that he didn't even care that I would not be returning as a customer. I had already received discounted service because of my previous bad experience. He even murmured about the discount that was given (that was truly the only reason I came back in the first place). Why make an appointment? Had my car here since 9:00am. Now it is 2:00pm. �. Service wipers, brake flush and coolant flush. OMG. On top of that the did even have the wiper blades too fit. Stupid what service place does that? �������
The only perk of this place is it opens at 7. I needed to get my tire patched because I had a screw in it. I let the rep know I was already late to work and if they can please hurry. He said ok not a problem. I waited 2 hours and No one was there before me and there was a couple cars show up 15 20 mins later. They ended up swapping for my spare because there was a patch to close to the new whole. Something I could of done at home. Zachary Prather- service manager was great! Explained everything very well, super great customer service and fair prices! Id drive 30min each time to go to this branch just for the service manager who was excellent & they work good and within reasonable time frame!
I always had a great experience at this location. Great customer service and it's nice that I don't find anything stolen from my vehicle like I have experienced at other shops.
