Can’t say enough about how thorough these folks are. They do a great job explaining the problems, generating alternative solutions, fixing the problem, and explaining how to maintain your car (or even troubleshoot/prevent future problems). As a woman, car related matters can be intimidating... but not here, always felt comfortable.
I had a blow out on 43 going to St Luke’s. The sheriffs department helped me change the tire and said to go here. Great people and made a very stressful day a little easier. Highly recommend!!

This is by far the best Firestone store around. Tom and his crew will always treat you very well. They do everything possible to fix other garages mistakes.
Made an appointment for 10am on Thursday morning..... If you’re able to wait 2 hours for a tire rotation, this is your place! Seriously. 2 hours to rotate 4 tires.
Best place in Milwaukee for service! Tom and his crew are awesome and always get the job done fast and right. Awesome guys!!!
