the staff trying to get you out the bad weather doesn't help them
it's bad location I just change 2 tires in front and was did bad balance & also idid with them same month alignment and say because u drive your car to much mileage and he said just 5 month bad tires Firestone u needed new tire again for front bad job balance and bad tires.... and what I pay again 300 each some month
I took my car in for a check engine light. they were able to fix the issue the same day. This location is awesome. Tom is a great service advisor

Horrible experience. I made an appointment for 10:00 AM this morning. Upon arrival I was informed that there were no appointments. I showed him my confirmation email which clearly displayed my appointment date and time of today. He said they don’t take Sunday appointments. I asked why I was allowed to make an appointment and he said that’s not how their location works and that someone should have called me. quality work speedy service good prices
When I got there for my 11 o’clock appointment they were very busy. They said it would only take an hour and a half from my services. I was finished in about an hour. I highly recommend Firestone on 27th St. Thanks FS
