I have been a loyal customer to Firestone for 5 years. This morning I go in to get an oil change right at 8am(when they open) and was told they wouldn't be able to do it. There was no one else waiting for any service!
Had shocks put on,was told had lifetime warranty had one replaced a year and half later,no problem, went back years later, didn't know anything about it,ask so i was lied to his responce was yea that happens, walked out.
