Greeted me at the door and set proper expectation for time to get service completed. Additionally the technician (Chris) explained everything clearly. The guy checking everyone is was great!! He truly sets the atmosphere walking into the building !!

If your hard-earned money means anything of value to you, do yourself a favor and avoid these duplicitous charlatans like your life depends on it. A year ago, I came to this location to have 4 new tires and wheels installed on a new (to me) car. I paid one thousand dollars for the tires and installation. Mind you, they are Firestone brand tires. Not only that, I got a road hazard warranty. This is an important detail. Fast forward to today. Customer service was very polite and efficient. Evaluation included photos which made the analysis very easy to understand. I was able to use coupons to reduce final cost.
Normally very efficient and friendly. I made an appointment for an oil change and was told it would be awhile because of all the people that came in for repairs. This is not the first time this has happened. What good does it do to make an appointment if its not going to be honored. The guy at the front was friendly and helpful. The girl acted like she couldn't care less. All she cared about were the high priced repairs - my little oil change was irrelevant.
