I took it in for new tires. They recommended $1000+ of "upsell". I "bit" and had break fluid, coolant, serpentine belt and rear shocks changed. They called me at 6:50pm that day to pick it up (10 minutes before closing). They said that it was ready and fine. I raced there to get it before closing. When I started it up, it made a "God Awful" noise. The serpentine belt was improperly installed and was SQUEALING...VERY LOUDLY! This Firestone is the best in the area. They’ve undergone significant improvements since 2022 and other reviews. I have always been treated with kindness, professionalism, and honesty here. This team truly cares about their clients and their vehicles. I don’t understand the reviews berating them for simply doing their job. Sam short for Samantha was great at her job and loves what she do.... Sam takes time and listens with everyone and makes sure they understand what is going on with there situations. I truly enjoyed her and the rest of the team. They all played a huge part in all of there areas....
