I believe they need some extra training. I don't believe that they're deceitful or Deceiving on purpose, but I took my vehicle Up there because it was making a popping noise in the front end. They called me back after they did my alignment and said it wasn't popping in the front end anymore. And so I drove up there and made it pop. Setting everything up online was very easy. The tires I wanted were ordered and arrived at the location in just a couple of days. The installation and balancing was done very well. The courtesy check is a plus, especially when nothing major is needed. The quote for recommended items was very reasonable in comparison to a dealership. If you need tires they may not carry, they will most likely order them for you from a supplier. If you drive a truck and are keeping your other tires, they will even put them in the bed for you. ... read more
This is one of the best Firestone stores here in Texas. I highly recommend bringing your car here for service if you have any problems I’ve been a customer for 4 1/2 years now I truly would say they are the best I brung all my cars here thanks to Joe,Chris ,William & Robert !!
Only place I take my car to get serviced. They are the best in this area. Been to 5 in total and they can't be beat. Honest not trying to get you to get other things that you may not need! Rufe Snow location in North Richland Hills. Chris, William, Robert & Joe couldn't ask for a better team! I approve this location and I live in the alliance area but I come to this location!
