Took a truck for pre purchase inspection. William and Jared are great people and they explained me all the flaws with the car and also helped me make a purchase decision.
Tim and the rest of the team were welcoming and informative; good, honest people that were a pleasure to deal with during this visit and previous ones. Pricing for the tires, alignment and oil change were fair and reasonable when compared with others I checked in the area. I've never had an issue here but I'm certain they would take care of it if anything ever arose. (Tires purchased/installed: Bridgestone Turanza Everdrive)
5 stars — Joe made my oil change at Firestone incredibly easy and fast. He was punctual, professional, and explained what he was doing in plain language. The service was efficient without feeling rushed Highly recommend Joe for quick, reliable service — I'll be back.
