After my dead battery got a jump we discovered my coolant was close to empty and was told Firestone would fill for free. So I went straight to this location on a Sunday afternoon. Once I informed the office, they had John on it. He was very friendly & knowledgeable. They were extremely busy too. We realized I had a shot battery, so without waiting he replaced it in a jiffy. John was so efficient and Glenna at the desk were extremely helpful under pressure. Great experience & would definitely return!!

It was ok. They quoted me 1 hour to change my tires.. ended up taking almost 2... also the guy kept trying to upswell me over and over again it got irritating.
At 70 mph on interstate 24 near Murfreesboro TN, my left rear tire's belt broke and the tread partially disintegrated. Chunks of tire flew off. Incredibly, the tire did not loose pressure. I managed to limp to the Firestone shop in Murfreesboro. They had me in and out, with 2 new tires, in less 40 minutes from when I pulled onto the lot. I have never experienced fast service, like this, at a tire shop. Impressive.
Got an Oil Changed this morning and was over charged ... Some special they have ... I wouldn't recommend this location ever
