They did the job...but not stellar Recently had a flat tire that could not be fixed so went to local Firestone dealer to replace. Staff was very helpful, quoted me right on the spot (no surprises at pick-up re: cash) however, when I asked they could replace with the same make/model, i.e., brand...I was led to believe that's what was being put on my car (of course I replaced in pairs). Not the case. NOT that the tires are bad, fairly nice, but what I was led to believe was not quite the prodcut provided. I would go back but I... read more
$100 for 4 tires? Nope! Don't believe it for a minute. Yeah, you can get four tires for a hundred bucks. But they dont tell you, you need them mounted..NO you cannot buy and take. Double the price or more. BAD!!!
Firestone This place does some decent service. I would not say they are them most friendly bunch ever. They are also very busy and struggle to have things done in the time that they tell you.
great The people at Firestone know me because I am there getting everything done to our three vehicles. We get the oil changed and even have our scheduled mileage maintenance done there. They are closer and more convenient than the dealerships ( which cost way too much), and they'll even give you a ride if you live pretty close and they aren't swamped!
These people take pride in there work I do not know who hires these people but it is nice to see people that take pride in their jobs. From the person who handles the money to the person working on your car. I got a flat and had a terrible time after that. I got it to the shop and they took care of me. They put new tires on and saw another problem with my car and took care of that. The guy working on the car did not have to out of his way to find that. It also meant he had to stay late.
