Brett, Nick and Trevor were all so very helpful in informing me on what was wrong with my car, what’s parts I needed, and gave me a fair price. They worked hard to get the parts same day and fixed my car same day. Thank you all for your excellent customer service. You guys are why I’m a repeat customer.
I work as a travel nurse so I am in a different location every 13 weeks. I use Firestone for tires, brakes alignment etc because if there’s a problem, I have a place I can take it to where it will be fixed right the first time. Today I just needed a hubcap put back on and a burned out headlight replaced. I had the bulb from an auto parts store that normally installs it for me. But not today. These guys are great, especially Dorian! Had my car serviced last week and wound up with a flat this week. Called yesterday morning and they fit me in mid afternoon, had me back on the road with the tire repaired within 45 mins. 5 Star customer service!
Overpriced and could not properly perform a simple oil change.
Excellent Customer Service! Very thorough and talk you through every detail of what they are doing! Highly recommend!
