RecommendedBen (manager),Nicole and Isaac definitely top notch!! Our car broke down while we were traveling from Ohio to FL. AAA towed us to them on Sunday afternoon. Even tho they couldn’t fix our car they took excellent care of it for 8 days until we could arrange for car transport to take it back to Ohio!!Thank you for being really good people and helping us out!!

It's raining and cold here this evening. The guys had my car heated up to 85 when they pulled it around for me. That alone deserves 5 stars.
The guys here at the Gervais are always helpful and courteous.....just appreciate them being open Sunday .......My only day off.

I was traveling from KY to Leland to visit family when I ended up with a flat tire on 26-E. After 2+ hours and not having any luck at 4 other stores, my children and I ended up at Firestone. Southern hospitality at its finest! I arrived at 5:05 pm and was first told it would be close to 7:00pm before they could get us in, Dorian and the other guys went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get the new tire on, and we were back on the road by 5:25. Thank Y’all SO SO much for taking such amazing care of me and my boys. 10 stars!
