My family and I have been using this shop for years. On Monday November 14 we took my mother's vehicle (02 Ford Escape) in to have the alternator replaced and nearly $600 and four hours later it was. But the radio and the door locks didn't work. Returned the next day and after two hours they got the locks working (the car has to be on for them to work and the remote doesn't operate them anymore) and they couldn't figure out how to remove to radio to get it working. Needess to say, we're not going back.
A month ago I dropped off my truck to see what some issues were and they told me that one of my problems was that I had a major transmission leak. That they would be happy to finance me because the job would be expensive. So I declined thank God. Took it to other mechanics who both have stated " No Leaks , it's perfect.". Not cool. Not ever going to use them for anything. My advise is to get second and even third opinions.
