Worst customer service ever at your Attleboro, Massachusetts store today. Specifically, Adam—who told me he was the customer service representative—was extremely rude, obnoxious, condescending and utterly unprofessional. I will absolutely never use your stores again and I will tell everyone I know about my experience and recommend they not use Firestone either.
I had purchased brand new tires in July and they all have slow leaks. I reached out to the Firestone and the 800 number only to find out that they will only sell me new tires at full price. what a joke!!! not to mention that I had bought tire the previous year also!!
I was really impressed with the professional communication skills Tony P exhibited when dealing with a highly abusive customer who was attempting to obtain unjustified free services. Tony went above and beyond.
My husband made an appointment to have an oil change at 11:00 today. I called him at 12:15 to see what the status was and he said they hadn’t even touched the car yet! How rude and disgusting!! When someone sets up an appointment ahead of time it is NOT OKAY to make them wait an hour and 15 minutes. We never got our oil change and we will not be going back there.

1pm appointment, car didn't get up on lift until 2:12pm!! there is no excuse!!! i watched 4 guys have lunch & smoke breaks at same time!! No customer restroom either!! NEVER AGAIN
I have had two great experiences so far (tires, breaks, rotars, shifter cable, headlight & oil change) and just booked my husband's vehicle for new tires & oil change. Great prices, reliable workmanship, and friendly staff. I have been converted from a "dealership only" person, and changed my ways with confidence.
