Low Rent very Clean,
After living here 7 years I would no longer recommend. Post covid this place went downhill fast with issues piling up and no who will help usually they just ignore you. For 2 months I begged for help due to disgusting neighbors like the homeless guy who live behind us or the drug dealer who lived above him 🤷. The fire extinguishers haven't been inspected since 2018, the walls and ceiling are cracked and just caulked and painted over, the "fixes" they made were all terrible and didn't work properly.
