Excellent follow through and communication, ordered the unit to be shipped to the knoxville location and picked up by a local contractor. Allen followed through and let me know when the unit arrived and when it was picked up Fantastic customer service, highly recommended
Fireside came out to replace my fireplace control valve. The customer service was good, and technician Rodney did a good job of explaining and fixing everything. My only "negative" comment: it takes a while to get scheduled, probably due to their work load.
Don't bother driving here, no one is here, bad business, paper on door, waisted my time and diesel
