Edit: The pre-auth charge went through in full; it's no longer pending and no other pending charges are present. I reached out to Fireside/RiverSpirit and spoke with a manager who said he'd look into it and call me back within an hour. He has not yet. Hopefully they're able to resolve this without me going through Amex, but until then, I'm editing my review down to 1 star. 3/2 Review, 5 stars: Great food and service. Great experience at Side Grill in Tulsa. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out perfectly timed. Our waitress, Beth, was outstanding attentive, friendly, and genuinely on top of everything without being overbearing. She really made the experience even better. We’ll definitely be back.

Nice place, friendly staff but a bit slow on the breakfast service. Waited 10 minutes to get a cup of coffee at 8am with the place nearly empty. Waitress dropped water and didn't even bother to ask. Maybe I'm just a little grumpy after lasts nights loss. Food was good and hot with good proportion size. Overall, a great value.
