There was nobody at the hostess stand. We stood there for a good 10-15 and someone finally came to the front desk. No greeting. We did get quickly seated at that point. We both have dietary restrictions with me being gluten-free and my husband being vegan. The server had no idea how to handle that. The menu showed entrées that were gluten-free that had things like baked potatoes but when I looked at the side dishes none of the vegetables including baked potato were marked as gluten-free. Rating breakfast only. It just wasn't good from the hostess to weird plates with a raised lip around where food sits. Messed up our over easy eggs by basically sending out just yolk part of egg missing the most of white part of a cooked egg, to bacon being way under cooked (inedible). Potatoes are the tiny cubes which are just awful and need to be shredded. Sausage is not Patty's but under cooked links. We were first customers of the day and we think kitchen just wasn't prepared. Was really looking forward to going. Hostess was nice, she told me I’m seating you at a table. Since it was just me, I said I’ll just sit at then bar- literally sat there for 20 minutes, not one person said hello, hi, I’ll be with you in a minute. Nothing. They continued to walk past me, knowing I had just looked at the menu. Sat another 5 minutes thinking surely SOMEONE is going to come take my order. Nope. horrible customer service, you all need to hire better and train on service immensely. That is ridiculous.
